Eggleston is the perfect location for a private shooting party. The Georgian house is set overlooking the river Tees in the heart of the grouse shooting moors of the North Pennines. The Hall is a family house and there are 9 bedrooms available for shooting guests (with a minimum party number of 7 guests). All bedrooms have their own bath or shower room. Further accommodation is available onsite on request.

The cost of accommodation includes a three-course dinner with cheeses, coffee and wines, all drinks during your stay (excluding Champagne) and a full English breakfast to fortify you for a long day outside.

The house has a billiard room and guests may also fish for trout and salmon (in season)

We can arrange for guests to be collected from Newcastle or Durham Tees Valley airports (around 45 minutes transfer) or from Darlington station (around 30 minutes). The Hall is around 25 minutes drive from Weardale and 35 minutes from Swaledale. We can also deliver and serve lunch to you on the moor.
